Joint Session of the Indian Parliament

Agenda : Elucidating privacy and its implications as a right.

Speaker -Vijay Tyagi is a Law Graduate from Campus Law Centre and Electronics Graduate from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. He hails from a village near Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. He is currently serving as the the Legislative Assistant to Member of Parliament (LAMP) Fellow for the year 2018-19. His area of interest includes Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property Laws and Company Laws.

Deputy Speaker - Kaustubh Srivastava is currently pursuing law from Dr. RMLNLU, Lucknow. He stands somewhere in the no man's land between survivorship bias and social proof. He has been active in multiple circuits involving debates, MUNs and Mooting. With an envisioned perspective based on subtleties of logic, Kaustubh stands apart from the rampant delimitation of political proclivities. He offers a very simple, hard core and analytical version of political debates. May the poetry of logical ideas with saner heads prevail.

Deputy Speaker - Kuhu Srivastava is currently pursuing political science honours along with journalism from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University. She has also undertaken a certificate course in Human Rights. She, at present, is interning with CRY Child Rights and You, and Hindustan Times. She aspires to be a political journalist in the near future. She's been in the circuit since the last five years and her enriching experience has shaped her in many ways. To her DPSEMUN 2016 was phenomenal and therefore, she undeniably looks forward to DPSEMUN 2018 for yet another great conference.
